Blink-blink, blink-blink
I hear a gentle clink.
In wonder, I turn my head to see—
A whisper hums, "Good morning, sweetie."
Twinkling, twinkling,
My favorite voice comes sprinkling.
It floats so light, like morning's hug—
And I can't help but giggle and snug.
Hee-hee, hee-hee,
Feel the breeze—I'm free!
My limbs stretch high with ease, for freedom!
No more swaddles, please—no more boredom!
Wow-wow, oh wow,
What's waving "Hi" right now?
It twirls, it wiggles, it dips and bows—
My thumb! So soft—I taste it... but how?
Chomp-chomp, chomp-chomp,
Big steps come near with a stomp.
She pinches my nose, tickles my feet,
I feel like a rose when the bigger me greets.
Peek-boo, peek-boo,
My heart rings out, "I love you!"
She points up, then says, "Toodaloo."
The fan spins round—I could watch it all day through.
Whirr-whirr, whirr-whirr,
Please don't go, my big sister.
Let's babble and play, take me to your room—
I'll be Anna, and you'll be Elsa in bloom!
Let me grow fast, in a magical way,
So we can share every springtime and day.
