Your body is not a graveyard
For you to bury the skeletons of pain
Your body is not a prison
With scars as visible chains

Each jabbing shot in your heart
Is a testament of strength
Each line that rests on the surface
Tells a story at length

Your body is a canvas of resilience
Where healing and hope both dwell
Each clear breath you take
Has you bid some of the struggle farewell

So embrace the dawn of a new day
Where dreams and yearning shine bright
With each step that takes you forward
You can feel yourself be filled with light

Your body is not a graveyard
It is a temple of grace untamed
Your body is not a prison
It is a symbol of everything you've reclaimed
