Mediation time with Zen Sloth

"Come in, come in my friend, welcome to my garden. I do love the way the light hits at just this time of day. Have you come to meditate with me?"

You nod, breathing in the slightly damp scent of plants as the light from the greenhouse dances across a small fountain in the back of the room. Zen Sloth stands before you air plant in hand, weaning a necklace of wood and jade.

"Wonderful, take a seat on one of the benches, or if you prefer I have a cozy hammock in the tree, when you're ready we'll begin."

"Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
In through your nose and out of your mouth, and again, and again.
Feel the ground under you, pulsing with the potential for growth renewal.
Start scanning from the crown of your head."

"What parts of you need the energy of the earth? let them soak in the earth's energy."

"What parts of you are already growing? Feel that energy pulse within you."
Breath in.
                                                                                                                        Breath out.
Breath in.
                                                                                                                        Breath out.
Breath in.
                                                                                                                        Breath out.
"Feel the garden pulse around you, be one with the garden."

Breath in.
                                                                                                                        Breath out.
Breath in.
                                                                                                                        Breath out.
Breath in.
                                                                                                                        Breath out.
"Start to bring yourself back into the garden.
Feel the air on your skin.
 Listen to the fountain.
Feel the sun on your eyelids.
And when you're ready, open your eyes. There is no hurry, you can stay here as long as you like.

And you stay, one with the Great Green Garden in the Great Green House."
