Mother Nature

Grateful am I so,
For Mother Nature's care.
Every crystal stream,
Every bird by the pair,
Every red-yellow fall,
Dotted with fiery orange,
And every fresh green spring,
Filled with sweet birds' call,
Is the work of you,
Mother Nature.
As I walk through the red-stained trees,
As I gaze at the icy white winter,
I know
That everything everyone sees,
Comes from you,
Mother Nature.
I'm grateful for you and me,
And the life that you give to all that you see.
Everything there is
Is the work of you,
Mother Nature.
Me and you,
And the sky bright blue,
And the wonders far and wide,
The lions by the pride,
All is the work of you,
Mother Nature.
I'm grateful for everything you've given,
Everything you've done,
All the wonderful things that you've made.
My hand flutters to my heart
Every time I see your work,
Mother Nature.
